<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p>

<li>Report to Business Security Advisor on all aspects of security affecting the company.</li>

<li>React to all company security related incidents when they occur and coordinate service providers in a cost effective manner.</li>
<li>Develop a Code of Business Conduct (CoBC) champion and conduct professional investigations in an ethical manner should the CoBC be breached by internal or external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Network with all internal and external business security partners including SAPS, NPA, SARS, etc.</li>

<p><strong>CANDIDATE PROFILE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Grade 12 minimum.</li>
<li>2-3 years experience within a security enforcement firm or similar role in a relevant industry.</li>
<li>PSIRA registered.</li>
<li>Formal training is desirable but not mandatory.</li>
<li>Diploma/certificate in conventional physical security and crime prevention.</li>
<li>Diploma/certificate in advanced security operations.</li>
<li>Specific training in fire fighting, investigations, intelligence, fraud awareness and preventions.</li>

<p>The Senior Health Manager role is required to develop and facilitate the acceptance and implementation of comprehensive strategies and policies with regards to all areas of the organisation’s healthcare initiatives. As a consultant, it involves the provision of specialist advice and recommendations with regards to all relevant healthcare issues, as well as acting as the organisation’s representative with senior external bodies.</p>
<p>The role incorporates a strong governance function in respect to the standards of healthcare and associated activities, in line with governmental and other legislative requirements, in order to mitigate any potential risks.</p>
<p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p>
<p>To facilitate the process of developing and implementing the organisation’s healthcare strategies in order to effectively meet the long-term requirements of the various stakeholders.</p>
<p>Duties include:</p>

<li>Undertake continuous environmental scanning and comprehensive analysis of all pertinent internal and external factors impacting healthcare in the short, medium and long-term.</li>

<p><strong>CANDIDATE PROFILE</strong></p>

<li>Qualified Medical Practitioner – MB ChB qualification – NQF 7.</li>
<li>Additional qualification, such as Public Health, Occupational Health, Health Economics or Business Administration – NQF 5.</li>
<li>At least ten years professional medical experience, with at least an additional 5 years involved with Medical Administrative Management.</li>
<li>Experience within the mining Industry at a senior representative level.</li>
